Hey Cathe!
When I did your Legs and Shoulders workout, I found one exercise challenging on one shoulder. It was the exercise near the end, when you were using 5lb dumb bells, and you were lying on your side with one four-arm stabilizing you, and the other arm bent on top of your hip, and lifted the weight up for a 6 count, and lowered it down for a 4 count. Do you remember? I hope I explained it well. Anway, if you do, my right shoulder seems to get tired quicker than the other, with the same weight. Is this normal? My whole entire right side is usually the strongest and most flexible for some reason. I like to do almost everything on my right side, even though my left side is good too. But for some reason this exercise tired my right shoulder out faster. Is this normal. Thanks for all your help.
Take Care!!
