Shoulder issues and Slide&Glide

Hi Cathe,
Once again, I am fighting bursitis and arthritis in my right shoulder. I am able to do a couple pushups at this point and that is it. So for burpees and the plank/pushup moves I am trying to come up with subs that will work the core and chest/arms. What do you think about combinig a reverse crunch with chest fly/press and light weights? I don't want to just sit there and watch.
By the way, I love this series so far. My knees thank you. The music is great too! I don't have lingering songs in my head. Years ago I had an album workout with another instructor and she did butt raises to "I love a rainy night". 24 years later and it is still in my head.
