Can't wait to see you in a few weeks! I was curious if there was a reason why Lean Legs comes right after Power Circuit, which also does legs? Is that to really fatigue your legs at the end of the 6 days before a rest? I was thinking of doing Power Circuit on Day 2, after Step and Intervals, so I would actually be working opposing muscle groups (chest then back) and also give my legs a rest before tackling Lean Legs on Day 6, but I need your blessing of course since I don't want to deviate from the master plan.
