Hi Cathe:

Can't wait to see you in a few weeks! I was curious if there was a reason why Lean Legs comes right after Power Circuit, which also does legs? Is that to really fatigue your legs at the end of the 6 days before a rest? I was thinking of doing Power Circuit on Day 2, after Step and Intervals, so I would actually be working opposing muscle groups (chest then back) and also give my legs a rest before tackling Lean Legs on Day 6, but I need your blessing of course since I don't want to deviate from the master plan. :)

Hey there, bud!

I asked Cathe about the order of the videos, too, and she said (if I remember correctly) that you should keep Power Circuit and Leaner Legs at least 3 days apart. For example, in weeks when I do both, I'll do Power Circuit on Wednesday and Leaner Legs on Thursday.

I wondered at first, too, if the videos are in that order because they should be done in that order. I guess maybe they put LL at the end of the set just because it's a non-cardio video.
