Ever since I've begun using Cathe's videos/DVDs a few years ago, she has been a huge inspiration to me as a fitness instructor and entrepreneur. Now I am interested and enthusiastic in starting my own Personal Training business, specifically targeting the female population. I would appreciate it if Cathe (or anyone who feels he/she is qualified!) can give me some leads on any certification workshops that are HIGHLY recommended by yourself.
