Just did legs/shoulders on Saturday... WOW!

I've been doing MIS for about 6 months and can duplicate or go heavier on most of the leg weights used by Cathe... though my arms are having a harder time catching up to that 35lb barbell! Do legs get stronger more quickly because they are bigger muscles?

I've also been doing PS videos for the last 6 weeks.

I put in S&H and used a 45lb barbell for the legs went through did shoulders... kept thinking this is really not "that hard" compared to PS leg tape which just kills me.

Well, I woke up Sunday and was SO sore! I ended up taking Sunday off from working out. I mean, I tried... put in a video started moving, waited to feel energized and just had nothing. WHEW. My legs were completely exhausted. Deceptively hard stuff! Thanks Cathe!
