Rotation Advice

I have been doing your videos for years. I have never been a rotation follower but I figured I would give it a try.

I was wondering if you might have any input or suggestions on the following rotation. I am trying to lose about 5 pounds and to tone (especially the lower half). So will I be able to achieve this with the following rotation? Currently I have only been doing the below with an extra cardio and ME only once per week. I plan on doing this for maybe 4-6weeks and then changing it up. This is a 3day on, one day off rotation.


Mon.-Circuit Max or Cardio & weights
Tues. MIC or other Cathe cardio
Wed-Muscle Endurance
Thurs.-Off
Fri.-Interval Max 1 or 2
Sat.-CardioKicks
Sun.-Muscle Endurance
Mon.-Off

Hi Sarah! Looks pretty good. What I would also like to suggest is that instead of a cardio or ME being the one extra workout per week, you can do Leaner Legs as your extra workout one week and then an extra cardio the next week. Keep alternating like this. Have Fun!
