Questions on the March 07' Intermediate Rotation!

Hello:)
Im starting this rotation tommorrow and I don't have a couple of the workouts listed like...

Pyramid upperbody or lowerbody
cardio & Weights
push pull
cross train express kickbox
cardio kicks

Can I get some suggestions on what I can subsitute(sp)for these?

I own.....

Low Impact Circuit
Kick punch crunch + Legs and Glutes
Low impact step
Basic step
Body fusion
power hour
body max
Maximum Intensity strength
total body strecthing

And I have Body max 2 on the way!

Also,what can I do besides a 40 min cycle ride?

Im sorry to be so diligent :),I just want to make sure Im doing this rotation right! Im trying to jumpstart my metabolism!

Im sure I can use KPC for cardio kicks and Cross Train Express
Kickbox!

Does anybody have and suggestions for the other three I don't have?

Could I use body max or LIC or body max2 instead of Cardio & Weights?(looks like the same concept)

And for the Pyramids could I subsitute maybe an hour of Mis(ub/lb)or Power Hour? The rotation calls for Pyramid upper body one day and lower body one day!

I don't own a bicycle( 40min cycle ride),how about step instead or a walk!

Please,any suggestions would be apreciated!:)!

I don't have any suggestions. But, if you'd like suggestions from others (not just Cathe), you should probably post this in the Open Discussion. You'll migh get more help there.
