Question regarding increasing muscle size

Hi Cathe:

I am focusing on increasing the size of my muscles.
Which series will give me more muscle, Slow & Heavy or the Pyramids?

Hi Barbie! I would do Slow and Heavy for 3 weeks, then Pyramids for 6 weeks. Repeat the cycle again. I think you will be happy with your strength gains. Also, eat clean, drink lots of water, and sleep well. Good Luck!

You can follow up with a Pure Strength cycle for 4 to 6 weeks right after Pyramids and then go back to SLow and Heavy and start over :)
 
what about CTX?

Do you recommend using the weight only portions of CTX, and if so, where would it fit in?
