Question for Cathe - Strength Exercises

Hi Cathe!

I just love your videos. I've recently been reading a few weight training books and came across a few strength moves that I've never seen used in your videos. They include:

Sissy squat
Bent-knee good mornings
Hack squats

I was curious regarding their omission from your videos. Is it because you don't find them safe and/or effective or because these aren't moves you don't use in your routine. As such, you didn't want to introduce moves you weren't familiar with to your customers?
