Question about step video speeds

I've noticed that I really like the pace of IMAX (however, it still challenges me on MANY other levels), and find Body Max a bit too fast for me. I was wondering about your other step videos, like Rhythmic Step and CTX - are they more at the speed of IMAX or Body Max?

Hi Rhonda! Body Max, Step Works, and Step Fit are on the faster side. Rhythmic Step is slower than those three. I believe that CTX is slower too. I would suggest viewing a film clip from out home page and listening to it on there so that you can decide if it is a speed you are comfortable with.
