Question about Muscle End.

Can you help me with a little more description on the no weight one legged lunge (I can't remember what it was called) during the Elvis song, I think.

I don't think I am getting it right.

By the way, I love all the new videos and I LOVE the use of that Elvis song. YOU ROCK!!!!

I had a little trouble with these at first since I wanted to do a lunge, but I would try just watching the segment a few times and doing them really slow while watching what Cathe is doing. You'll start feeling them!!

Hi Sharon! They are tricky at first. You really need to keep about 85% to 90% of the weight load on your front leg and focus on pushing that front heel down into the floor while lifting (pressing) the glute up toward the ceiling. The most common mistake I detect with this exercise is that the participants lunge forward and backward on a horizonal plane during the lift, rather than keeping their front knee stationary, and simply lifting the glute of the front leg in the air. It definitely takes some practice. Good Luck!
