pyramid upper body

Dear Cathe,
I love all of your tapes. You are quite an inspiration and someone I aspire to be like. I recieved your new set of tapes
last week. Boot camp is a killer, love it. Well today I wanted to do pyramid upper body and it got stuck in the vcr. When I removed it, I noticed it was cracked on the side. I went through all of the other tapes today and they are fine. I called the 1-800 number on the invoice and the woman said they would call me back in a couple of days. I'm just hoping this isn't going to be a long process. If you could recommend a different way to resolve this matter I would trully appreciate it. Please reply if possible.

Hi Derker,

I'm obviously not Cathe, but I had a similar situation with one of the older series when I got it. I used the Customer Service link http://www.cathe.com/customer_service.htm & got a really quick response. If I remember correctly I had my replacement tape in about a week. However, I'm sure the rep on the phone told you it would take a couple of days to get back to you because they are so busy with getting the orders out. It's worth trying the link.
