Is this really enough to make significant changes in my body? Doing the 3-part pure strength series once a week, that is. I know I've read that overtraining the muscles can actually undo all your progress. The last thing I want to do is diminish all my hard work. And, if I can get away with one less weight workout and get the same or better results, I'm all for that. How does this work? I'd love to hear others' personal experiences too. I'm not the type to build muscle easily.
