Does anyone know where I can order a (mini) high step? I already have 4 risers for the regular step but I would like the small top that Cathe uses in some of the DVDs. I looked on shop cathe but only saw the risers...

It's weird that it's not on shopcathe.com anymore because that's where I purchased mine from. It must be a mistake that it's not on the site. You should contact customer service about that.
