Pull-ups

Hi Cathe,
Thanks for all of your exceptional work. I am more fit now at 36 after having 4 kids than I was in my early twenties! I was wondering if you would explain what good form for a pull-up is.
Could you also give some guidelines as to what is a reasonable goal for number of reps? Should these be done in sets like weights? They seem different because you are pulling your entire body weight. Thanks in advance. Janet
