Hi-
I am on my second week on the Intensity series and am really enjoying the pyramid style of weight training. However, does anybody know out there if these tapes are supposed to focus more on endurance or more on strength gains?
They seem more endurance oriented to me, But, we do end up lifting fairly heavy weights in quite a few of the exercises. Anybody w/ some insight ?
