PUB-increasing weights question

Thank you so much Cathe for the Pyramid tapes! They are real killers, but in a nice way!
I did the upper body tape for the 4th time tonight & increased the weights I used for chest and back, then noticed that although I stayed with the same weights as usual for the shoulder & tricep exercises I was really struggling to complete all the reps. I even went lighter than the previous workout with the biceps & I was struggling right along with you! Should I be concentrating on increasing the weights for my smaller muscles, ie, biceps, triceps & shoulders before those larger chest & back muscles? FYI, I'm using 3-4-5's for shoulders and I have to pause the tape to do extra shoulder stretches before I can even get my arms behind my back to stretch with you.
