It's Monday, so if this question is too stupid, I'm blaming it on being a "Monday thing"...
On PowerHour, during the warm-up, I understand that you should keep the weights light because it's just the warm-up, but do you at any time ever increase the amount of weights for the warm-up?
I know periodically you have to increase the weight during the actual weight training, so that you're always challenging your muscles, but does that include the warm-up too? Or is the warm-up meant to be light and stay light with no increase or challenge to the muscles?
