And is Rhythmic Step 60 minutes with or without the warmup and cooldown? Thanks.
 
If you go to the HOME page and on the left click on one of the new video titles you will get a description of the videos.

Power Hour is Hi-Rep, Hi-Intensity. So I assume that it will be for the most part lighter weights more reps.

When a video says it is 60 minutes long that usually means that includes the warm-up and cooldown.
