Hi Cathe!
I have a question. I recently had a baby and now I am ready to start exercising and get rid of this baby fat. But I NEED HELP!!! It seems so much harder this time around than it did with my older son. I want to lose about 20 pounds, keep my womanly curves, ;) but lose the excess core fat. Can you help me by telling me wat exercises I CA do to accomplish my goal. Please help cuz summer is right around the corner!! Thanks in advance
