Hi Cathe-First, thank thank thank you for your videos. Before my son was born (Aug 2010) I went to the gym every morning 6 days a week for classes. After he was born, I no longer had the time and I found your videos on collage video. Your videos are really tough and AWESOME. I lost all 60lbs I gained during pregnancy (back to 130, 5'6''). My question is this: my son weighs almost 22 lbs and I'm picking him up constantly, hunched over as he learns to walk (I try and focus on my core) and my lower back always feels "tired". What videos do you recommend to help strengthen this area? Are there certain areas I should avoid? -Rachel (p.s. If you would make a pre-natal video for the next one, that would be fantastic!) (p.p.s. any thing to focus on in the new series?)
