Plyo Legs: How Many Times Per Week

hi cathe et al!
i just did plyo legs (disc 26) and i LOVED it! awesome, awesome workout.
cathe, how many times per week would you recommend doing plyo legs? or, in other words, how many times/week is too much? i worry about overtraining.
also, plyo legs seems a lot like a HIIT workout. can it be used as a HIIT workout?

Not Cathe, obviously. And I don't have an answer for you but I also loooooooooooooooooooove plyo legs! Loooooooooooooove it!
 
I love it as well. Now I feel like I can do the high intensity (Hiit) style workout and recover a little while doing traditional weight training. I have a hard time doing a HiiT workout full out. If I do, I have to take longer breaks.
 
Not Cathe either, but I know she has said before that the plyo legs discs are a lot like HiiT workouts. I would assume that because they are like HiiT workouts, you need to take a break from them just like any other workout, so I wouldn't do more than 2-3x a week with at least a day break in between.
