Please clarify

Hi Cathe.

I am getting a little confused. I have been checking out different rotations to use with your wonderful tapes. In the 16 weeks rotation, different weight training routines are used for 4 weeks and then repeated. I thought doing the same weight training routine for 6-8 weeks was the way to go.I am not sure if I missed something or maybe it does not matter?


Could you please clarify for me.

Hi Pia, forgive me but I do not know of which 16 week rotation you are referring to or what the circumstances surrounding it were? Many times when I give out rotation advice it is based on the specific requests of what that particular individuals preferences and needs are/were.
