Overcome with Injuries

Cathy, I have manage in the past 2 months to pull my hamstring, pull a muscle in my lower back(which will not heal) & now I think I have either pulled a muscle in my thigh or possibly have a stress fracture. I eat well, take vitamins, workout(obviously with all the injuries) & make sure I stretch before & after every workout. Right now I can't run or lift I have been trying to do yoga, but it is difficult. Should I keep trying to work thru this or should I just be resting? If resting, for how long? I absolutely hate not be able to workout, but I just want to feel better.
