Hi Cathe! Congratulations on the great news!

I hate to bother you with the same old question but I was wondering what is the best order to do the CTX series. I remember reading a response from you that suggested a certain order so as to not overwork the legs. I have searched high and low and can't find it anywhere. Thanks!

I posted a long response to this right before they started doing work on the forum. Now it is gone! I will recreate it later--I thought through it so much that I think I will remember! Jeanne

I do them in the MIS order:

Step and Intervals/Chest
Power Circut/Back
All Step/Shoulders
Kickbox/Biceps
10-10-10/Triceps
Leaner Legs

This works well for me. Hope this helps.

Laurie.

In previous posts on this question, I believe Cathe has advised separating Power Circuit and Leaner Legs when doing the CTX series, since they involve very intense lower body workouts that you want to avoid doing on consecutive days.

Beyond that, you can mix-and-match as it suits you. Laurie's suggested order looks great, because it also incorporates the push-pull idea of working opposing muscle groups (biceps, then triceps, chest then back, etc.)
Good luck!
