One arm pushups

Hi Cathe,I read that you like pushups.....WOW!!!I was wondering if you could do one arm pushups like Demi Moore on GI Jane.I would NOT be shocked if you could ...but I think that would be so cool to be able to do that.That is definitely a goal!

I'll be happy when I can just do 1 full pushup! I just can't seem to build up to that!

Hi Smiley! I never really do one arm push ups. I heard that much of being being able to them involves technique (if you are already able to do straight leg standard push ups). I just felt a whole lot of stress on my shoulder when I tried so I didn't "push" the issue, tee hee!
