New Series Question

Hi Cathe,

Is the new series going to be more aerobic weight training based? or is it going to focus more on body building type weight lifting like STS? (splits)

Are the cardio workouts going to be all Hiit focused or will it be a mix? Anything strictly aerobic non-Hiit?

I would like to know what type of focus the yoga will have as well, mainly because there is such a wide range of practices & most are so ill defined that it makes it very difficult to get a well rounded routine (many leave me feeling like what was the purpose of that? seldom full body focused)

Lastly, will you have any suggested rotations or workout program included with this series?

that about covers it...oh one other thing, will the actual clips be available before the presale ends? (really can't decide if this is for me, sight unseen)
