hi Cathe,

The new series has a lot of weight training. Should i
alternate the tapes with one of my other cardio tapes or should
i do the series all the way through? thanks!!

Hi Mary! If you prefer to have more cardio in your weekly rotation, then you can add cardio as you see fit (no pun intended,ha). Remember that there is a whole lot of variety with this series that can be used to compliment your existing rotation or can be customized with other workouts to meet your needs. Have Fun!
