need help

Hi Cathe,
I have been working out for a couple of months now and I'm trying to tone my muscles and lose about 5 pounds. My question is what should my calorie intake be each day ie.. protein vs. carbs. vs fat. I weigh about 120, weight train 3 times a week and do cardio about 3-4 times a week. Sometimes I think I'm noyt eating enough to build muscle and other times I think I'm eating too much. Thanks in advance and I love your tapes.
