My weaker vs. stronger side...

Which one should I favor? For example, my left bicep is weaker than my right, so I've been forcing my left to keep up with my right. Also, I've been using dumbbells rather than a barbell for bicep work to avoid using the right to assist the left. (The weird irony is that many times my left tricep is stronger than my right.) So far I think it's working...but just wanting to check with the pro. And, yes, I'm keeping strict form! Wouldn't want to see all that hard work go to waste! Thanks a bunch!

BTW, my friend has been using your vids for 8 months now and has put on 5 pounds of sheer muscle! And I've easily dropped a size since June by increasing my poundage and number of strength training days per week. Your stuff works!
