Hi Cathe!
I love the new workouts. Particularly my question is about the arrangement for Pachelbel's Canon in the stretch on After Burn. I really like that arrangement -- but I've always loved Pachelbel's Canon -- and especially at Christmas time. Am wondering if you might direct me to where you got that arrangement because if possible I'd like to get it, also. Thanks for another series of terrific workouts! Merry Christmas! Kay

Hi Kay! What a thrill to know that you are enjoying that song. Most of our music is written or rewritten by composers in Europe and or by BKHowe Music here in the states.
