Hi Cathe. I am wondering what do you suggest as a good starter weight set, dumbells and barbell, after completing the beginner rotations? I need to get my letter to Santa in the mail! : ) Thank you so much!
I think a good basic set of dumbells would be 5 lb, 8 lb, 10 lb and 12 lbs. For a barbell Cathe has mentioned the Troy Lite barbell set in the past. I believe it has 3 sets of weight plates....2.5 lbs set, 5 lb set, 7.5 lb set.
