MIS revisited

I haven't done MIS for awhile because there have been so many wonderful new workouts to do. Yesterday I did this one for the first time off of the DVD's. I only had an hour so I programmed the DVD to omit some exercises(sorry static lunges were gone), but I was still able to get a very good well rounded workout. I am a little sore today so I know I worked out! I forgot what a great workout this is. It really stands the test of time, and the functionality of the DVD makes it able to fit into any time slot. Thanks for the great workouts!!
