Mid Section Target Workouts

I do the STS workouts along with some other random cardio here and there. My mid section needs help. Are there any workouts that really make a difference in that area besides the obvious "ab" workouts?

Hi Salsjourney! Kickboxing workouts really work the core hard. Especially the oblique area. Try my MMA Boxing, MMA Kickboxing or Kick, Punch & Crunch workout. Another workout of mine that will get your core while working the cardio aspect is Cardio Core Circuit. Another goodie that does this is Drill Max...though not as hard as Cadrio Core Circuit but offers a variety of exercises that keep the heart rate up and challenge the core (as well as ALL other muscle groups) really well.
