Hi Jaydee and Atgood. I stay here as always. Don't worry. I feel better.I have been 30 minutes in my stationary bike. Tomorrow I will try some cardio. I need to lose the weight I have gained during these day without exercise. I have sent a private message to Haydee. That's the reason why I have not posted the answer before.I stay here with my friends.
