Lunges in Power Hour

Hello Cathe and Cathe fans,

I have a question about the lunges in Power Hour.

I did this tape this morning and tried my best to follow all the form pointers. I have a question about the lunges. It seems that the back leg is not as far back for these lunges as it is for the "static lunges" in leaner legs(in order for me to get the 90/90 angle in my legs) Is this correct? and if yes, why?

I thoroughly enjoyed Power Hour (as well as Rhythmic Step which I did yesterday) Everyone looks so good that I also enjoy just watching the video!

I am curious about this also, and why were there only two sets of lunges for each leg? would it be ok to pause the tape and add a third one?
