Lower Abdominal Exercises

Hi Cathe,

I’ve been working out with you for the past 3-4 months, but I’m still struggling with many of the abdominal routines – especially lower abdominal exercises (hip thrusts, bicycles + variations thereof, reverse roll backs). I tend to get frustrated and then either my form falls apart or I quit the exercise all together, :eek: which I know is not benefiting my abs at all!

Can you recommend a few "intermediate" moves that target the lower abs that I can substitute in order to build up my abdominal strength and work my way up to the harder exercises?
