Low impact series and body changes

Hi Cathe and crew!
I was looking (once again :-) ) at the videos about the new low impact series when a question came up to my mind: how this new way of working out has affected your beautiful bodies?
Have you noticed any changes in your muscles/weight/cardiovascular capacity? I know this may sound a bit akward because you guys have probably just added these routines to your previous ones, but from what I can see -maybe it's just my impression - your amazingly cut muscles seem to have taken on even longer lines.
I was just curious to know about the changes in seasoned athletes because I think you can appreciate faster the results if compared to the average exerciser, am I right?
Can't wait to download the new series and start this new routine... You did an extraordinary job, I hope to be disciplined enough to get maxium benefit from it!
