I've only done Yoga Relax so far, but it might be good to ease back into working out. You'll get a good stretch in preparation for some of the other workouts. Throughout the workout Cathe kept saying, "Do something good for you body."

Cathe rated the workouts by intensity on another question:

Hard to "slightly less hard" ranking. Starting with hardest first:

1) After Burn tied with Cycle Max (but you might find Cycle Max harder if you are new to cycling)
2) Athletic Training tied with Cardio Supersets
3) Slide and Glide tied with Low Impact Challenge

The rest are all very intense but not cardio based workouts

4) Turbo Barre
5) Total Body Trisets
6) Yoga Max
7) Yoga Relax

Maybe I'll try TurboBarre tomorrow because I did Cycle Max Express & Yoga Max today and totally feeling it in my legs! (In a good way of course )

Don't forget to dig up Low Impact Circuit, Low Max, and Low Impact Step from 4DS, put them all together for a great mash up. Thats what I'm doing for the next two months. So many rotations and so little time!!!
