Wondering if anyone else has noticed a couple of glitches in the Athletic Training DVD. I did it tonight for the first time, and it had a couple of glitches, where the DVD just kind of paused for a couple of seconds and then resumed.

Try cleaning your DVD really well. In many cases this will solve pause issues.

It looked clean. And that was my first time getting it out of the case, but I'll double check.

Yep, it was clean. I don't know why it had the pauses in it.

Mine did the same thing this morning.
The disc wasn't dirty, but I cleaned it anyway. After I cleaned it, there were still glitches in the first half of the workout, but eventually stopped. I hope it doesn't happen next time.
