legs shakin after doing lunges and squats

Cathe, I did PH for the 2nd time and noticed that my legs were shaking at the end of the workout. I could hardly stand up to do the biceps curls. I have been doing weights for about 3 months, but not lunges or squats. Should i cut back or is this normal?
