lacking in Dec. rotation...

Cathe, I only have the following DVDs for the Dec. rotation:Butts abd Gutts, Push/Pull, Imax2, and Supersets....I can do the running and cycling, what can I substitute? I have: Cardio and weights, PU/LB, MM, ME,Low Max, Step Jam, Boot camp, PS series, SH series, GS series, power hour, and high step challenge.

Can Anyone help? I appreciate it muchly. Happy Holidays everyone:) Kay
 
Hi Gettingfitmom! Use Bootcamp, Cardio and Weights and High Step Challenge in their entirety on any circuit day.

Use ME, Power Hour, Push Pull, Supersets on any given total body muscle endurance day.

Use Step Jam, Low Max and Imax on solid cardio days. You only need to do 40 minutes of any of these given workouts, but feel free to do all if you want to or have the time too.
