Just Got My Intensity Series and Slow Heavey Tapes!

Dear Cahte,

I received my new videos yesterday and did muscular endurance - sufficie it to say that it kicked my butt big time but I finished the tape! I'm a bit sore today and it feels good. I plan on working my way through all of them. Question: How should I rotate them. I workkout either early in the mornings before leaving for work or in the evenings and I'm ready for this challenge! Being a Joyce Vedral junkie I find your workouts exciting. Bless you!!
