Hi Cathe! By now I bet you are gearing up to film next month. I and I'm sure others would love to see a rotation that you might do when you are prepping to film! I know your pre film workouts must be grueling but bikini season is just around the corner (I'm in California so for me it's already here) and what a great rotation to start the summer! maybe you could put a small PS at the end about how you eat during this pre filming rotation. thank you so much and I'm looking forward to your new videos
