interested in your workouts..

hey cathe,
i've been watching you on fittv and tried to do the workouts with you but i am having a hard time with having enough room and only have thick carpet.
(traction problem)
which dvd's do you recommend for my obstacles? also, how much equipment do i have to buy? I have been used to working out at a gym for many years but now since i've moved i am not close to one anymore. i prefer to walk/run for my cardio.i want to do at least 3 days of weights.

I love the kick, punch, crunch dvd. It's mainly cardio, but has a great lower body workout. I also love the pyramid dvd's!

If you're looking for 3 days of weights try the gym style series. This way you've got two days of upper body and one lower. Plus they don't consume a lot of room on the floor. Good luck.
