Hello Cathe and everyone,
I am struggling with my weight. I started STS back in February 2009 and now I am on round 2 again, after taking couple weeks break which I know is too short ...I was about 130lbs then...but now I am creeping up to 142lbs..at 5'3.
The good thing is I am much toner and leaner than I have ever been ( I am 35 and mother of 1), my clothes fit the same if not looser but my weight is just increasing
I understand it is muscle mass but I suspect that my body fat is still lingering under the muscle built...I do cardio/fat burn 2-3 times a week along with the STS workouts. My eating habits are clean, but I do slip here and there (salty food and dairy are my weakness) but nothing drastic.
I do not want to stop building muscles but I really want to burn more fat and stop gaining weight..what do you suggest I do?
