Hi Reba! I can't say that I know the exact number of reps in MIS but the format of MIS basically follows a pattern that ranges from about 2 to 3 sets per exercise with 8 to 16 reps per set. Power Hour does not follow a tradition reps/sets pattern. It is more like one long continuous sylized rep movement pattern for a period of about 5 to 6 minutes per body part (ie: continuously going up 2 cts, down 2 cts, up 4 cts, down 4 cts, up 1 ct, down 3 cts, etc,).
