How long to develop upper body mass?

Hi! My upper body is much less developed than more lower body. I have the PS chest and back videos. How long will it take to obtain noticeable muscle mass increase if I progress the weights as tolerated, using each video every other day and eating a healthy diet with lean meat? It would help me with my goal setting. Any other exercise recommendations would be of help! Thanks!:D

My 1st Cathe DVD was PS. I got really good results doing this rotation. I could tell a difference after 4 wks.

wk 1--
Mon & Fri: PS Chest, Shoulders, Triceps & Back, Biceps, & Abs
Wednesday: PS Stong Legs & Abs
Tues, Thurs & Sat: 20 Cardio (intervals):

wk 2--
Mon & Fri: Strong Legs & Abs
Wednesday: PS Chest, Shoulders, Triceps & Back, Biceps, & Abs
Tues, Thurs & Sat: 20 Cardio (intervals):

I also added an extra ab workout so that I was doing them 3x/wk.
