Hi Cathe - My question is about the HiiT workouts and how to account for the calorie burn. The Workout Manager figures it at 10 mets for 312 calories. My Polar Watch figured it at about 220 (cuz I couldnt do everything as wild as you guys). However, if I leave my Polar watch on for the next 1/2 hour I'm now at about that 312 mark. Would I be cheating if I counted the 312 now or should I only account for the 220 I burned.
I would appreciate your take on this.

Of course I'm not Cathe, but IMO, count the 312. That's what HiiT workouts are all about. The afterburn effect. My hr monitor only registers about 150 for the 16-20 minutes of those HiiT workouts. I KNOW I burn more than that, but probably not until the afterburn effect is done. Again, no expert here, but that's what HiiT workouts are all about.
