Hi cathe,
I hope you and family are well.I do your HIIT dvd the one with 30/30, 40/20 and pyramid.I currently have lower back and hip problems.I thought about buying some joint supports and padded flooring to help protect my joints better.I enjoy doing the hiit workout as theres quick and intense but hard on my joints.I don't want to stop exercising,can you recommend how to make them low impact but still intense and please,please would you consider doing a series of dvds low impact but intense.Also just wondered if i am doing the HIIT for cardio what other ones would compliment it for an over all workout but i can do together to make about an hour workouts.Also i was doing this 3 times a week ,as well as jillian michaels and the firm dvd.I exercise for between 40 mins to 1 hour everyday but i am housebound so don't get out to do alot.I would appreciate your help,as am very uncertain about what to do .
